Solutions
We offer data replication and application failover solutions for all Windows and Linux applications. Recovery can be over a LAN or WAn, with or without shared storage.

How is this done?
We have a Windows and Linux version of both data replication and a core failover product, LifeKeeper. Our data replication mirrors data from an active server, to a backup server in real-time. LifeKeeper core will monitor both servers.
However, this in itself, is not enough to achieve application availability. To do this, you will need to monitor you application services and their dependencies. We do this by a specific bolt-on module for each application. We call this a Recovery Kit.
We have a recovery kit for most of the common applications, such as Exchange, SQL Server, Apache, Samba etc. Where a standard recovery kit does not exist, we have a recovery kit which will allow you to input parameters such as services which need to be monitored, start and stop procedures etc. With this information, a recovery kit for your application is generated automatically. We call this the Generic Recovery Kit and it is totally integrated with LifeKeeper.
In this way, a totally consistent user interface is achievable for all your user applications, databases and other infrastructure components.

Virtualised environments
All our solutions work in virtual environments, protecting both the guest and host o/s. We can also protect Virtual Centre.

3-node Disaster Recovery over LAN and WAN
A 3-node combination of LAN and WAN recovery is also available.

Multi-node solutions
Multi-node solutions where multiple servers are used to protect each other are used to save costs of licences and hardware and to provide a consolidated resilient server infrastructure.
