Supplementing your expertise with our specialist skills in server recovery
You have been tasked with organizing and finding the most appropriate recovery solution for your company. This is not as easy as it seems at first because effective server recovery involves eliminating every single point of failure of your IT infrastructure. This includes network, hardware, software, routers, and many other components.
Our initial contact with you is likely to be an informal phone conversation where we ask you about which servers you would like to recover, where you are at the moment with your recovery plans and where you would like to be. From this information, we advise you roughly what will be required to put the systems and structure in place to enable recovery of your applications and servers. At this stage we also outline the products and services we are able to provide should you choose to work with us.
We can provide you with the necessary software, support, training and implementation services you need to put the recovery structure in place and test it. You will source the hardware, the networking, storage and hosting space from an approved supplier.
This should ideally be followed by a meeting where we discuss the whole project in much more detail, together, we will architect a solution which meets the recovery objectives of your organisation. We can also demonstrate your environment to show you how you can expect it to recover. Both of us will leave this meeting with a clear idea of the components that will need to be in place for the recovery that is required by your organization.
Following this, once timescales and budgets have been approved, we work with you to prove the solution in your environment before it goes into your live environment.
Our involvement doesn’t stop there though. Once your recovery solution is live, You will be able to call on us to provide specialist expertise in the solution as you require it. We will provide you with 24/7 support, upgrades and be available as a sounding board for the changing requirements of your organisation.
