Our technicians undertake a manual check on your systems and services. We recommend a health check by one of our trained engineer at least once every two years.
This will ensure all the software is running as it should be so that in the event of a failure you are able to failover easily. Our engineer will provided an easy to read report (where appropriate) showing what we have checked and the status of each service.


Our technical engineers can help you keep up-to-date on the latest version of the software provided by Open Minds, but we do not just stop there!

We can also help upgrade your current hardware to a cloud or virtual platform if this is something of interest to you.
