Openminds is dedicated to resolving all customer support issues as quickly and effectively as possible. To help us respond to any technical problems that you may experience please use our Helpdesk Ticketing System to ensure your inquiry is properly dealt with.
Our ticketing system will:
• Ensure that your enquiry is not missed or unduly delayed.
• Allow you to track the progress of you support issue
• Provide your company with a record of your enquiry should you need it for future reference.
1. Follow the links at the top or bottom of the page to the Openminds Help Desk.
2. Create an account by providing some basic information and setting a password.
3. Once logged in, click on the New Ticket icon and then select the Support Department
4. You will now need to fill in a support form to register your enquiry
5. Lastly, a ticket reference number will be displayed and you will receive a confirmation email.
