Replicate Windows and Linux data to up to 16 servers continuously. Our data replication is fully integrated with LifeKeeper, and is sold separately as a first pass solution for those who do not require full failover capabilities. Replication takes place in real-time - as a data block is changed, it is sent to the backup server synchronously or asynchronously.
Any point in time rewind The Data Replication modules allow you to mount the replicated data on a backup volumen and move backwards or forwards through the data stream via timestamps or other user defined bookmarks until the optimal data set is constructed. Data is then placed into service and normal operations are resumed.
Efficient use of bandwidth
- Our data replication module makes sure that bandwidth is not wasted and network traffic is minimised by:
- no replication of white space
- bandwidth throttling can be set up by administrator
- Compression levels from 1-9 can be set by administrator
- over 90% bandwidth utilisation without the need for accelerators or compression devices
Multiple Replication Targets Replication to more than one target is useful if you want a local and remote copy of your data. This is used by our customers when they have a 3-node solution which incorporates local and remote disaster recovery.

Open Minds will help you to plan, setup and deploy data replication on your servers or systems or provide training and consultancy as you require it to help you to do this.
